This workshop is designed for all healthcare workers who are working in quality & patient safety field & seeking for applying the most important quality tools & Patient Safety Activities.
This workshop is designed for all healthcare workers to be able to launch improvement projects at their facilities after becoming well trained & experienced in such great field.
This workshop is designed to cover 3 main workshops (FOCUS PDCA , RCA , FMEA).
This workshop will be online through ZOOM meeting and the LINK WILL BE SENT AT WHATSAPP GROUP. 

IMPROVEMENT PROJECT & PATIENT SAFETY ACTIVITIES WORKSHOP DELIVERABLES
The workshop contains but not limited to:

1. 8 online sessions, each session of 3 hrs.
2. All online sessions are recorded and accessible for all participants.
3. Handouts for all sessions.
4. Document samples for participants.
5. Final assessment quiz for all attendees.
6. Completion Certificate for all with 24 CPD. 

INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES:
At the end of the workshop the participants would be able to:

• Prioritize the improvement opportunities, launch & lead Effective Improvement Projects.
• Demonstrate knowledge about importance of reporting process & how to analyse it for improving services in their facilities.
• Demonstrate knowledge about dealing with Sentinel near miss events.
• Applying root cause analysis RCA practically.
• Demonstrate knowledge about formation of multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply improvement project using (FOCUS-PDCA) methodology.
• Applying all quality tools like (flow chart - fishbone - pareto chart).
• Prioritize solutions using prioritization tools.
• Apply Failure Mood &Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate knowledge about monitoring it.
• Correlate acquired knowledge and skills with CBAHI Standards in their facilities.

• All recorded sessions will be uploaded for all workshop contents.
• All quizzes and exams has the ability for retaking it many times during your registration period.
• You can download the certificate of completion after completion of the course.
