This event will help you to deeply understand the process of engaging patients & families in the healthcare process and ideal discharge.

It is a free event that will help you to deal with low English proficiency patients and patient with low health literacy.

The event’s duration is TWO (2) Hours.

This event has a mixed medium of instruction in both English and Arabic languages.

By the end of this event you will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate different patients’ limitations that affect patient engagement in their care process.
  2. Illustrate different ways to engage patients with limited English proficiency and patients with low health literacy in their healthcare process.
  3. Identify errors caused by patients themselves and how to deal with them.
  4. Apply ideal discharge process.
